REFUND AND RETURN POLICY. If you are not satisfied with your new
Sonusphere cabinet, you may return it in ‘like new condition’ for a
full product refund within 15 days of receipt.

SHIPPING TO SONUSPHERE:
Please contact Sonusphere to obtain return authorization and shipping
instructions prior to returning any Sonusphere product for refund, or
for warranty and non-warranty repair.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE INFORMATION:
• All Sonusphere ‘cabinets’ are covered for a warranty period of 2
years. This period starts on the date of new product purchase by the
original owner. The warranty is non-transferable.
• The buyer must complete and return the Sonusphere warranty card
provided to the original purchaser with the cabinet within 14 days of
receipt.
• During the warranty period Sonusphere will repair or replace (at the
option of Sonusphere) any Sonusphere cabinet determined to be not
functioning at 100% and/or otherwise deemed to be defective. Repair
or replacement will be free of labor and parts charges.
• This warranty covers defect(s) in materials and/or workmanship that
occur during normal use only. The warranty service is solely available
to products that have not been tampered with, abused, modified, or
repaired by the owner and/or any third party.

WARRANTY PARAMETERS:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to use Sonusphere products strictly
according to the parameters and instructions provided below. Overall,
connection or operation of Sonusphere cabinets in any way that does
not comply with the technical and safely regulations applicable in the
country where the product is used may void the warranty.

• Never use any Sonusphere product in the vicinity of water. If a
powered Sonusphere cabinet should to get wet, the operator may be
electrocuted.
• Do not locate any Sonusphere product near any heat source.
• Amplified Sonusphere’s must be connected only to the specified power source.
• For safety, do not leave any amplified Sonusphere plugged into a
power source for long periods of time when not in use.
• Do not let any liquid or foreign objects fall into any openings of a
Sonusphere cabinet.
• Never use an amplified Sonusphere if it:
1. has suffered any physical damage effecting its function.*
2. been subjected to any notable amount (more than a light mist) of
liquids, rain or moisture.*
3. has damaged cables connected to it. *
* If any of the above occurs, the Sonusphere should be examined by
qualified service personnel.
• Drivers and power amplifiers are covered only for manufacturing
defects reported within 180 days of purchase.
• Always operate an amplified Sonusphere with the correctly rated fuse.
• Never use an amplified Sonusphere without proper grounding.
• Do not Improperly handle or drop a Sonusphere cabinet. Such neglect
may harm the cabinet.
